For The First Time Divisions Will Be Age Based

We are excited to announce that for our 2026 season flag football will no longer be based on school grade but on player age. Below is the listing of our divisions. We believe that this will improve player safety and make our teams more evenly matched.

All Divisions Are Coed

Platinum: Boys 14U (13, 14) & Girls 14U (13*, 14)

Gold: Boys 12U (11, 12) & Girls 13U (11, 12, 13*)

Silver: Boys 10U (9, 10) & Girls 10U (9, 10)

Bronze: Boys 8U (7, 8) & Girls 8U (7, 8)

Annual Age Cutoff Date August 1st. Ages above are based on the league age not actual age. When registering your player, you will see the available division.

*Girls who are 13 years old have the option to play in either Gold or Platinum depending on parent or guardian decision regarding ability and safety.

**With league approval a player may be granted an exception to play up a division, but no exceptions will be made to play down a division.

NFL Flag Football Returns to NSYA for Fall 2026

W e are excited to announce that we have formed our teams for the 2026 fall season! Thank you to all of our volunteer coaches! Our first game will be played on September 12th. If you registered, you should be hearing from your coach soon. You can also see the team roster and message your coach from the Playmetrics app or website.
